The Heart is an entity worshipped by all four races on Mistmantle. It is believed to be an all-powerful and loving creator. Its dwelling place is the Heartstone and it is described as creating the Mists. It is said that the Heart broke for Mistmantle, but continued to beat with love for the island. "May the Heart preserve us!" is a common phrase spoken by the animals of the island.
